Mango Pineapple Salsa

This goes great with Caribbean Turkey Burgers and Fish Tacos.

1 mango, peeled and diced, how to cut a mango
1/2 to 1 cup diced pineapple (your preference)
1 to 2 jalapeños, diced very finely
1 tbsp. fresh squeezed orange juice
1/4 tsp. chili powder
A few sprinkles of red pepper flakes

How To:
Combine above ingredients in a bowl, refrigerate.

This is delicious even by itself as a small salad. It's very light and refreshing. If you are not crazy about spicy foods, be wary of the jalapeño as the heat will vary greatly depending on the jalapeño you use (some are much hotter than others). You could always use a milder type of pepper instead.
This tastes better after sitting in the refrigerator overnight.
