Ingredients:
3/4 to 1 lb. asparagus, ends trimmed
1-2 tsp lemon zest (fresh or dried)
3 tbsp butter
Sea salt and pepper to taste
How To:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Add asparagus to baking dish and sprinkle with zest, salt, pepper, and butter.
3. Bake 15-20 minutes.
Comments:
Serves about 4 people. Super fast to throw together, especially if you are saving your zest from your morning mug of lemon water.
